		<description>I agree that one should definitely read Fast Food Nation the book as it presents a very complete investigation into a very complex set of subjects. As for the movie, I actually liked it. I viewed it as sort of a video sidebar to the book. This format I think will allow some people to connect with the characters in a way that a book may not, bringing the issues closer rather than keeping them at an academic distance. In this regard I think this movie was a success, somewhat depressing yes, but certainly a good compliment to the book.</description>
