Way to go- you're an inspiration for sure. I long to return to my running physique but the first steps are the most daunting. Your step-by-step process is definitely the way to go. So, hopefully you and I will one day be able to run a 5K (or 10K!) and then celebrate with a bungee jump!!! What do you think? Tires thumping over heaps of corpses in my shaken and stirred mind, I endure this lack of road maintanence ill-disguised horror.
