I’m glad you discovered his music and had such a great time… On a side note, whenever his name comes up in my mom’s company, she always tells the story of hearing a drunken barfly refer to him as "Nellie Wilson."
kelly! i love it. made me go look up the word for this hilarious phenomenon – a spoonerism (see march 14, 2001). i used to have a list of ‘nellie wilson’-s that i or others spewed spontaneously, or maybe i meant to keep a list…anyway, no time like the present to start one.
