My Grammie sends me a little valentine every year, a simple card adorned in red ink with her unique curly handwriting. This February she sent one to Gordon too! I followed my Aunt Mary-like instincts to document the occasion photographically (but clearly without M’s technical prowess and efficiency – it has taken me 3 months to get the photos developed and to share them!)

i love these pictures! i printed them out when you emailed them to me, and have been showing off my "nephew-dog" and all his cuteness to all my friends. one question- did he try to eat it?
ps- i’d be having an actual conversation with you if i could find my cell phone, it’s lost in the craziness of room-packing so thats why i just keep posting stuff online instead of calling you….

Em – his switch happened to be firmly in the ‘off’ position when I opened the mail, so no, he made no attempts to eat the valentine.
